All About Me

I was born in Maryland on the same day the King died slumped over a toilet in his bathroom. While growing up in College Park, I attended Paint Branch Elementary School, Greenbelt Middle School, and Parkdale High School. I was a 3 year letterman in both Soccer and Wrestling and was captain of both teams my Senior year. After leaving Partydale, I went on to spend a fair number of years at the University of Maryland in College Park. Of course, I started about 2 years after the Len Bias incident, which means that UMD was nothing more than a drinking school with a football problem. In the past 12+ years, I have worked for a number of well known large companies including Marriott International, Chiron, Hewlett-Packard, The Coca-cola Company, T. Rowe Price, Discovery Communications, and The Clark Construction Group. My full resume is available here.

Although I have traveled to many other parts of the world, I currently live in Laurel/Scaggsville section of Howard County, MD, which is less than 30 minutes from the house I grew up in. I share my house with my wife, Colette, my 4 sons, Craig, Kyle, Jackson, and Caden, our 3 cats, Phigment, George, and Dribble, and our greyhound, Kipper. Along with the normal family events, I can be seen refereeing wrestling on the rec and high school level and occasionally coaching a soccer or wrestling team. At home, I tend to my veggie garden in the summer and cook all year long. If you are around my way on Halloween, be sure to stop in for our annual party and I will guarantee that you won't leave hungry.
