I have released a new project on
OpenNTF. The
ASND Mass Mailer is something that I had built for a previous employer to solve the problems with maintaining groups for communication purposes. Instead of using groups to send out company wide communications, it uses information in the person documents to generate a list of recipients and sends out individual emails to each person without bogging down the router with having a huge BCC field. Although there is nothing earth shattering about the code in this application, it's simplicity and usefulness should make it something you can easily deploy in your environment.

Sean: I think you and Kevin should do a double-header for the September DCNUG. Whadda' you think?

Sure, why not. Mine shouldn't take too long since it's a really simple application. Very useful, but simple. Has a date been set for the meeting. I ask because I want to make sure I don't have to attend a back to school night.

Well, it's always the 2nd Thursday of the month, so that means September 14th.
